TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT ENGINEERS

direct contact to our customers, we can respond to the market
needs and supply what is wanted.
Our customers are in all areas of industry, particularly automotive
manufacturers, automotive parts suppliers, consumer electronics,
machine tools, and many, many other fields.
Our German headquarters located in Neu-Isenburg near Frankfurt
is supported by subsidiaries in Stuttgart, Nuernberg, Dusseldorf,
Hanover, Switzerland, Austria and Netherlands. Currently,
it employs around 70 employees. Due to continuous expansion
our Neu-Isenburg headquarters now seeks additional engineers
to support our customers as:
Technical Customer Support Engineers
Tasks:
- Answering customers technical questions.
- Supporting Sales Engineers with clarification on detailed
technical points.
- Visiting key customers with Sales Engineers for technical
sales support.
- Training Sales Engineers on new products, and training new
Sales Engineers on our technology.
- Documentation.
- Technical translations from English to German.
- Maintaining a technical question data-base.
Profile:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- A few years experience in technical areas is an advantage.
High-potential ambitious beginners should also apply.
- Native German and good English language.
- Customer/oriented and helpful person who enjoys customer
contact.
- Good communication skills
- Age 25-35
