MANAGING DIRECTOR - FINANCIAL SERVICES
As the largest network of used car centres in the Czech
Republic, we are one of the most successful car marketing
companies in all of Central Europe. Since our founding in
1992, we have experienced phenomenal expansion.
250,000 satisfied customers have driven away in a quality
car purchased from our sales centres. The monthly sales of
around 3,500, gives us more than one-fifth of the Czech used
car market.

cars, and first-rate service in the Czech environment. Services
include for example the vehicle origin warranty and 100% money-back
guarantee, optimal leasing, back leasing, part exchange, bank
credit, insurance, support service, etc.

As an international company, our management consists of foreign-nationals

POSITION PROFILE:
Position reports to: Board of Directors (Owners)
Managing/How many people: In early stages - could employ several
hundred, currently more than 50.
We own several companies involved in financial services,
including road-side assistance, that add value to our sales
process. Our strategy is to develop this part of the group
into a separate entity that can expand internationally, in
parallel with our core business. We have a database of over
250,000 customers that is growing every year. This is an exciting
opportunity to build a business. Our long term plans are to
do an IPO of the division, with an offering of equity participation
to the right person.
Fields of engagement:
- Car rental
- Car Repair (fast fit, warranty and body shop)
- Warranty
- Auto insurance brokerage
- Car antifraud/antitheft systems
The Role:
- Consolidate & grow our financial services business
- Develop synergies between our core business &
financial services
- Take advantage of the huge international opportunities
- Maximize the potential of our existing database
- Develop relationships with key partners
- Develop new products in the areas of insurance, credit
cards, finance brokerage, warranty & breakdown services.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Education: University study of Business Economics or Commercial
Law
Experience in what areas/ years: Previous experience in a
volume financial services sector
Management skills: Able to command respect, plus strong problem
solving and strategic skills
Languages: English Required. Other European languages are
beneficial.
Other important skills:
- Able to define strategy and lead a major business in Road
Side Assistance
- Senior management experience in related industries
- Ability to grow a business
- Motivated & dynamic
- Hands on manager able to relate to people in all levels
of the business
