Superintendents - Copenhagen
Established in 1962, our client
is an oil company operating an oil production
of more than 550,000 barrels per day and a sales
gas production of up to some 1,000 million cubic
feet per day. The company has a net production
exceeding 500,000 barrels of oil equivalents
per day from fields in the Danish and British
parts of the North Sea, offshore Qatar,
in Algeria and in Kazakhstan. Activities are ongoing
in the Danish, British, German and Norwegian
sectors of the North Sea, Qatar,
Algeria, Angola,
Kazakhstan,
Turkmenistan, Oman,
Morocco,
Colombia, Brazil
and Surinam.
Our client designs, develops
and operates a global fleet of advanced drilling
rigs. The rigs are designed to operate in extreme
conditions, and the oil companies lease the
rigs and personnel for exploration. Our client
also develops and operates a mobile fleet of
oil production ships. At the headquarters in
Copenhagen and at local shore bases, they
are building the strategic, technological and
administrative foundation for their offshore
operations.
We are currently seeking Engineers department
for Quality Management/Health, Safety and Environment
is seeking QM/HSE superintendents.
Our client expects to increase new building
activities, FPSO projects as well as other large
projects and is in this connection expanding
their QMHSE structure.
Position Duties:
- Participate in the
development and maintenance of Contractors
Management Systems, hereunder the development
of specific procedures
- Participate in/conduct
audits to ensure compliance with the abovementioned
systems and/or other systems
- Develop projects
management plans for new buildings and other
projects
Candidate
Qualifications:
We expect you to have one or more of the following
qualifications:
- Civil Engineer
- Marine Engineering
- Marine Officer
- Environmental experience,
preferable having worked with audits in this
segment and familiar with international rules
and regulations in this area
- Administrative/shipping
background and familiar with international
business procedures
- Experience from the
oil and gas industry or experience from shipyards,
construction or fabrication plants
Candidates with Lead Auditor Certification or previous working experience
with ISO 9000 or 14000 standard series are very
welcome to apply.
